role: project leader

Aim of the project was to perfectly match the workplace design of Lauber IWISA’s future headquarter in Brig, Switzerland with the company’s team’s and employee’s needs and requirements. My role was to plan and facilitate a participatory planning process consisting in a series of Interviews, work- shops and visual analysis tools (as described below in the teaching section). During five months a task–oriented workplace strategy was elaborated with the contribution of the team–leaders which further was implemented in the headquarters’ workplace design. The project outcomes were published widely in the Swiss architectural press and the Book «Human Office – Discourse on workplaces»
